A professional invoice and billing management system built for freelancers and small businesses. Payify streamlines the entire billing workflow from client management to payment tracking, featuring automatic PDF generation, email notifications, and German VAT compliance.
The Vision
Existing invoicing tools either lacked essential features for the German market or were overly complex for solo freelancers. Payify fills this gap with a focused, elegant solution that handles the complete invoice lifecycle — from draft to paid.

Technical Foundation
Built with Next.js 16 App Router and React 19, using Drizzle ORM for type-safe database operations on PostgreSQL. The UI combines custom components with Radix primitives, styled with Tailwind CSS 4. State management leverages TanStack Query and Form for optimal performance.
Design Philosophy
The interface prioritizes clarity and efficiency. Invoice status is communicated through subtle color coding and clear typography. The dashboard provides immediate insight into pending payments, overdue invoices, and monthly revenue — all without overwhelming the user.
